Dear Diary 27th September - Basketball season resumed at the Copperbox Arena with London Lions playing their first home game of the season on Friday evening, beating Leeds Force 99-60 and going 2 for 2 in the league. Sunday's outing to the British Lawn Mower Racing Association World Championships was a real blast. I somehow managed to be the only person with a camera at the prize giving - made a real change from fighting in the scrum to get all the presentation party looking down your lens at the same time. Did them all in one or two frames. I have been lucky with the weather on the two occasions I have shot Lawn Mower Racing and it would be interesting visually to do in the wet and mud at some point, nothing could ever be as bad as Blair - although racing on the ice in Norway would provide some interesting images.
